Yummy!


Rick made dinner for the kids and I on Tuesday night and it was super yummy! It was Grilled Flank Steak with a Tomato-Jicama Relish, and a Pearl Barely Risotto with Scallions, Asparagus and Peas. In addition to tasting good it was HEALTHY and I did not have to cook it!

Dinner looks delicious and the diet coke can by the side makes the meal complete!!! :-) (you can barely see the can but my eyes just zoomed in on it...i must be thirsty)
